Processing technology:

1.     Hardness of surface can reach up to HRC55-58 through basic processing to heat treatment.

2.     After lathing and grinding, hard chrome plating, the surface hardness can reach up to HRC62.

3.     After fine processing and polishing, the smoothness can reach up to Ra0.01um(level 14) with thermal deformation no more than 0.01mm
