Processing technology:

1.     Hardness of surface can reach up to HRC55-58 through basic processing to heat treatment.

2.     After lathing and grinding, hard chrome plating, the surface hardness can reach up to HRC62.

3.     After fine processing, pre-polishing and precise polishing, with intermediate conduction oil heating , the smoothness can reach up to Ra0.01um(level 14) with thermal deformation no more than 0.01mm
